1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "Client," or "User") and LinkWork Point ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the website located at linkworkpoint.click and enrollment in any workshops, courses, seminars, or diagnostic chart clinics provided by LinkWork Point.

By accessing our website or registering for any workshop session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services & Educational Disclaimer

LinkWork Point is strictly an educational institution providing technical market analysis instruction, chart reading methodologies, and risk management training.

• All content, lectures, annotated workbooks, and instructor demonstrations are provided for educational and analytical skill-building purposes only.
• We do not provide personalized financial, investment, or legal advice, nor do we offer trading recommendations, buy/sell signals, managed accounts, or custodial asset management.
• Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of capital loss. Past historical chart performance discussed in class does not guarantee future market outcomes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum materials, chart annotations, proprietary diagrams, workbooks, video recordings, and written text on this website and within our workshops are the exclusive intellectual property of LinkWork Point.

Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to view and review materials for individual learning purposes. Redistribution, re-recording, unauthorized screen sharing, public broadcasting, or commercial resale of any workshop materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement under South Korean copyright laws.

4. Workshop Enrollment, Conduct & Attendance

Enrollment in cohort workshops is subject to seat availability and payment of published tuition fees. To maintain an optimal learning atmosphere, participants agree to maintain professional decorum during live studio and online sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive, abusive, or unauthorized promotional behavior without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, LinkWork Point, its founder Choi Eunji, and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages resulting from your market decisions or implementation of technical analysis concepts taught in our workshops.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea). Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court having jurisdiction over Nam-gu, Ulsan, South Korea.
